2012 is sooooo last year. It’s time to set our eyes on the Winter 2013 television schedule, so click through with us to find out what’s happening in the month of January.

January 2013 brings with it new blood: the Winter half of shows we’ve followed since Fall, new seasons of old favourites, exciting debuts and a few finales to shed a few tears over. Here’s the schedule, organized alphabetically by show (premieres and finales are in bold):

  • American Horror Story: Asylum – S2 Finale Wednesday, January 23 (10pm EST FX)

Lost Girl review – 2×21: ‘Into The Dark’

Now that is what I’m talking about! After spending what seems like the entire second half of the season griping, I’m happy to report that Lost Girl is back in fighting shape in the penultimate episode of its extended second season. The rejuvenation is courtesy partly to a script that doesn’t require our characters to make stupidly impulsive decisions (like last week), but also courtesy of some very welcome guest stars in the form of Vex (Paul Amos) and The Morrigan (Emmanuelle Vaugier).
