So it looks like psychic Steve Connelly (Will Mellor) was right after all. Last week he suggested that Danny’s (an unseen Oskar McNamara) body was put in a boat and this week we discover that the family boat may have been used to transport the body from the murder site to the beach. We’re into the second week of Broadchurch and it’s clear that the town is hiding a lot more than anyone initially suspected. And while 1×02 suggestively closes on a moment that would have us believe that the killer has been identified, those of us who have watched a season-long crime show know that the first suspect is rarely the killer.

Doctor Who review – 7×03: ‘A Town Called Mercy’

This week on Doctor Who, we continued to get weaned off regular companions Amy (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill) in another stand-alone adventure. This time we were hanging out somewhere in the Wild West. The Doctor’s (Matt Smith) Stetson wasn’t the only thing that returns, however; we also see a return of the ramifications of his traveling alone for too long.
