2012 is sooooo last year. It’s time to set our eyes on the Winter 2013 television schedule, so click through with us to find out what’s happening in the month of January.

January 2013 brings with it new blood: the Winter half of shows we’ve followed since Fall, new seasons of old favourites, exciting debuts and a few finales to shed a few tears over. Here’s the schedule, organized alphabetically by show (premieres and finales are in bold):

Continuum news: S2 Pick-Up Confirmed

It’s official, folks! After a few weeks of anxious waiting and hand-wringing, Showcase’s latest hit series Continuum used its Toronto FanExpo session to announce that it has been renewed for a 13 episode second season and will begin airing its first season in the US in early 2013. Details for S2 (such as return date) are still emerging, so we’ll update this space when they’re available.

In the meantime, be sure to check out our coverage of S1 here.

Congratulations to the cast and crew. We’re very excited to see where the adventure goes next!

Continuum Interview: Victor Webster

Earlier this week I had the chance to chat with Continuum star Victor Webster, who plays Vancouver cop Carlos Fonnegra on Showcase’s hit series. We talked about the popularity of the show, how he got involved in the 11th hour and the possibility that Carlos and Betty (Jennifer Spence) will drunkenly hook up at a Christmas party.

Continuum review – 1×08: ‘Playtime’
