After delivering one of its worst episodes of the season, Lost Girl rebounds beautifully to deliver one of its strongest character pieces in recent memory. Also, yet another Buffy connection!

Continuum review – 1×06: ‘Time’s Up’

July 9, 2012 by Joe Lipsett

Courtesy of Showcase

It’s been two weeks since the last new Continuum so the momentum has slowed down a tad. And while ‘Time’s Up’ doesn’t necessarily prove to be the most energizing of the series’ six episodes, it does provide a deviation point in the methodologies of Liber8.

True Blood review – 5×05: ‘Let’s Boot N’Rally’

July 9, 2012 by Joe Lipsett

True Blood hits saturation point as the number of stories outweighs its ability to do them all justice. So who suffers the most?
